Congratulations on becoming an OpLove photographer!!! Please read this page entirely and complete each of the first 3 steps.

1. Register your information on the UserSite found here: http://www.oplove.org/user-site . This is our database of active photographers. It must be up-to-date and accurate at all times. Use your actual name as a user name. Once registered you will find all the important links you will need at the top right. Important! You must list your City, State, Zip Code, and actual website on the listing.
2. Once you have registered on the User Site, email Angela at angela@oplove.org with your full name, business name, website link, phone number, & your city/state/zip. If you wish the photographer finder map to pinpoint your specific location rather than just your city/state, please include your entire physical address. After verifying your status listing you on the UserSite, Angela will put you on the photographer finder. Currently, Angela is only updating/responding to new client requests once a week, so please be patient.
3. Register on our photographer forum here: www.oplove.org/wpforum. Use your first & last name for registering! Once you are active, please visit the “News” tab at the top right to see which area you are located. Then, join that Group to be connected with your Regional Coordinators and other local photographers. This site is new for us, so please bear with us as we get everything set up.
3. For each OpLove session, you are REQUIRED to do two things. First, each and every session client must complete the Client Agreement Form prior to the session. Also after each session, you are required to log the session into the database. Links for both are at the top right of the usersite and listed on the photographer forum. Your user name and password are the same for this session logger site as they are for the user site. Not obtaining the Client Agreement Form and/or logging each session is grounds for dismissal from the organization.
The above 3 steps ARE REQUIRED aside from providing the service 100% free of charge AND a 4×6 album (or CD for homecomings).
User Manual
Your administration has put together a manual to help you with your OpLove experience. Any questions that you have should be easily answered in this manual. Should you not find the answer, please feel free to ask on the forum. This manual is a valuable resource to you and needs to be read in it entirety. You will find a link to the manual in both the user site and the forum with the other important links at the top right.
Annual Donation
We ask that all photographers, make a small Annual $25 Donation. Donations are used to help support our website, forum, photographer credentials, etc. We are recognized by the IRS as 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and strictly thru donations were we able to achieve this status. To make your donation, please visit http://www.oplove.org/photog/donate.html and follow the steps listed on the page. All payments are made through PayPal as an Annual Subscription and you are able to write off the donation at the end of the year. Please let us know if the membership donation is difficult for you, and we can discuss waiving it.

If you display ANY PHOTO from ANY OpLove Session, you are required to display the following disclaimer from the Department of Defense on your website: The photos and other content of this publication do not imply any endorsement or recommendation by the Department of Defense.
You also need to remove any identifying surnames from the photos (uniform, cover, etc).
